📄 Terms of Service – Place Wholesale
1. Legal information
The website place-wholesale.com is operated by the company Place Wholesale, a SAS registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 988 548 897 00012, whose registered office is located at 92 rue Magenta, 69100 Villeurbanne, France.

2. Purpose
These Terms of Service (TOS) aim to define the rules for using the website place-wholesale.com and the sales conditions applicable to orders placed by:
- individual customers (B2C)
- professionals (resellers, thrift stores, shops – B2B)
3. Acceptance of the terms
Any access to the website and any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TOS. This acceptance is confirmed by clicking the “I accept” box.
4. Products
The products sold are second-hand items (vintage, thrift), available in boxes or individually. Each box may contain items in varying condition depending on the selected grade (e.g. standard, grade B, clearance).
Descriptions are provided for information purposes only, and photos are non-contractual. Professionals acknowledge being fully informed of the random nature of certain lots.
5. Orders
Orders are placed online via a customer account or as a guest. Any order is final after payment validation. Place Wholesale reserves the right to refuse an abnormal order or from a customer with an unresolved prior dispute.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is applied depending on the customer status (B2C or B2B intra/extra-EU). Payment is due upon ordering and is made by credit card or other secure methods offered on the website.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are given as an estimate. Risks are transferred to the customer once handed over to the carrier. In case of damaged parcel, the customer must notify the carrier and Place Wholesale within 48 hours.
8. Returns and withdrawal
Individual customers: have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt (excluding clearance or grade B boxes). Returns are at the customer’s expense and must be sent with tracking.
Professional customers: returns are accepted within 14 days only for standard boxes. No returns are possible for clearance, grade B or customized boxes.
9. Customer account
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details. Any activity carried out via their account engages their responsibility.
10. Personal data
Place Wholesale collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logo, content) are the exclusive property of Place Wholesale. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Liability
Place Wholesale cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, delivery errors attributable to the customer, or misuse of the products.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These TOS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute:
- the consumer customer may use mediation via www.medicys.fr
- the professional customer agrees to submit any dispute to the competent court of the company’s registered office
