🧾 Return Policy – Place Wholesale

At Place Wholesale, we do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your order. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day period from receipt to return the concerned items.

✅ Return conditions:

• Returns are accepted only for standard boxes (excluding shipping costs).
• Grade B boxes and "Clearance" boxes (end of stock, clearance) are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
• Items must be in the exact condition in which you received them.

📦 Return procedure:

• The return must be shipped with a tracking number. Without proof of tracking, no refund can be issued.
• The parcel must be returned to the address indicated on the original shipping label.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
