Terms and Conditions of Sale - Place Wholesale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of second-hand clothing boxes carried out by the company Place Wholesale via the website place-wholesale.com.

The clothing sold is second-hand and may show signs of wear. Labels may be cut, and some items may escape quality control. Photos are non-contractual, boxes are prepared manually with a maximum variation margin of 10%.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. Shipping costs are charged in addition at checkout. Prices may be modified at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders are placed exclusively via the website. Order validation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Place Wholesale reserves the right to refuse an order in case of dispute or stock issue.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments. All orders must be paid in full.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt, except for the exceptions below. The return must be made in its original condition, with tracked shipping. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: grade B boxes and "clearance" boxes are not eligible for return.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. In case of delay or loss, please contact customer service.

Article 7 – Availability

Boxes are sold in limited quantities. In case of unavailability after order, the customer will be refunded within 7 days.

Article 8 – Guarantees

Our products benefit from legal guarantees (conformity and hidden defects) provided by the Civil Code. Any request must be sent by email within 14 days.

Article 9 – Liability

Place Wholesale cannot be held liable in case of improper use of the product or non-compliance with local regulations of the delivery country.

Article 10 – Personal data

Data is collected for order management and is processed in accordance with GDPR. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion), write to info@place-wholesale.com.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

The content present on the website (texts, images, videos...) is the exclusive property of Place Wholesale. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Article 12 – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
